Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Sophie Dupau (“I”, “me”) to clients (“you”). By working with me, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
I offer digital marketing services including (but not limited to):

Website design and e-shops

SEO & SEM
-
Social media strategy and ads
-
Pinterest growth
-
Email marketing & automation
-
Content creation (copywriting, photo, video)

Coaching and consulting
2. Pricing & Payment

Most projects are billed at a fixed price, agreed before work begins.

Some projects may combine fixed pricing with hourly or daily rates.

For larger projects, I may request a 30% upfront deposit. The balance is due upon delivery of the final work.

For ongoing services, I send invoices monthly. Payments are due within 14 days.

Late payments: If a payment is overdue, I reserve the right to charge a CHF 30 reminder fee plus 1% interest per month on the outstanding balance.
3. Scope & Revisions

Each project includes one round of revisions, unless we agree otherwise.

Extra revisions or work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
4. Cancellation & Termination

If you cancel a project after work has started:

Any deposit paid is non-refundable, OR
-
I may invoice for the hours already worked if no deposit was paid.

I may pause or cancel a project if payment is not made, or if I don’t receive the information or collaboration needed from you.
5. Intellectual Property

Final ownership of the work transfers to you once full payment is received.

I keep the right to:

Show the completed work in my portfolio, website, or case studies.

Keep drafts, working files, or unused concepts.

6. Confidentiality
I treat all client information as confidential.

I will not disclose sensitive business or strategy details without your approval.

I may showcase the work I create for you (e.g. in my portfolio or case studies), but I will not share confidential or financial data unless you have agreed to it.
7. Liability & Guarantees

I apply best practices in all my work, but I cannot guarantee specific results (e.g. SEO rankings, sales numbers, ad ROAS).

I am not responsible for indirect or unforeseen issues that may arise, including changes to third-party platforms such as Google or Meta.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
